Cancellation and Payment Policy
At the time of booking a reservation, our guests are required to make a deposit of 50% of the entire reservation thru a credit card.
The remaining balance of the reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy. More than 30 days notice $125 Handling fee; less than 30 days notice non refundable.
Guests are responsible for full payment of all nights that were booked, regardless of changes in arrival or departure dates. Any nights dropped after booking or early departures are subject to this rule. There will be no refunds applied.
There is a complimentary mid-stay room cleaning service for 7 or more night stay. Daily Cleaning is available for an additional charge of $45 per day. Guests will be charged an additional Excessive Cleaning Charge of $45 for units not left reasonably clean.
Check in time is 4:00 pm
Check out time is 10:00 am
There is a 30% fee for late checkouts departing by 2:00 pm if available and a 50% fee for late checkouts by 4:00 pm if available.
